Bachelor No. 1, Leo Gertsenshteyn

Runners

Leo is a 25-year-old software developer who moved to Seattle three years ago after growing up in New York City. He’s a self-styled polymath, dabbling in anything that catches his fancy, be it pool, rock climbing, or linguistics. As a result, he’s noted in many of Seattle's more distinguished social circles for his post-prandial raconteuring.

Leo is banging himself up rock climbing these days, but before that, most of his scars were from playing cricket. He has a secret recipe for french toast. He loves to teach and hopes to be a certified billiards instructor one day. He’s planning to do a 10-day silent meditation retreat this year to build mindfulness and compassion.

Leo's Date: Curling and Culture

We'll go out to brunch before I take you to Granite Curling Club, for a private lesson in the sport. We'll follow it up with an artsy or cultural event, possibly at Town Hall.
